Privacy Policy

Meeplix (the app and rd.vnamu.com) is a board game setup randomizer. You can use it without creating an account, and we try to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we do collect and why.
What we collect
- An anonymous device ID (app only). The app creates a random ID and keeps it on your device. It is not linked to your name, email or phone number. We use it only to check whether this device has an active ad-free subscription.
- Purchase information (app only, if you subscribe). When you buy or restore the ad-free subscription, the purchase token or transaction ID from the App Store or Google Play is sent to our server together with the device ID. Our payment verification service checks it with Apple or Google. We store the token, device ID, platform, product, expiry date and status. We never see or store your card details — Apple and Google handle payment.
- Advertising (app only). The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID, or on iOS the IDFA only if you allow tracking), IP address and ad interaction data to show, limit and measure ads. On iOS you are asked for permission before any tracking. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Ads are turned off while you have an active subscription.
- Settings on your device. Your theme, language, favorites and last randomizer result are saved in your browser or app storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.
- Cookies (website). We use a language cookie (
rd_lang) and session and security cookies needed for the site to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on the website. - Server logs. Like most websites, our server briefly records IP addresses and browser information to keep the service secure and fix problems.
- Creator login (website only). Logging in with Kakao or Apple is used only by administrators and randomizer creators. It stores the login provider's user ID and a nickname. The app has no login.
How we use it
Only to run Meeplix: to verify subscriptions and turn ads off, to show ads in the free version, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your information and do not share it except with the services named above (Apple, Google and Google AdMob) as needed for these purposes.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept while your subscription is active and for up to one year after it ends, so we can handle restores and refunds. Server logs are deleted within 30 days.
Your choices
- You can deny or withdraw tracking permission in iOS Settings, or reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
- Deleting the app removes its device ID. Subscribing removes ads entirely.
- To ask what we hold about your device or to have your purchase records deleted, email us with your device's purchase details.
Children
Meeplix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
